Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Noor Al Ettehad Transport L.L.C is a licensed passenger transport company based in Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We operate the website https://www.noorbuses.com/ to help customers request quotes and book chauffeur-driven buses, coaches, vans, minivans, 7-seaters and SUVs across the United Arab Emirates.

2. Information we collect

We only collect the information we need to respond to your enquiry and run your booking:

• Contact details — your name, phone / WhatsApp number and email address when you submit a quote, booking or contact form.
• Trip details — pick-up and drop-off locations, travel dates and times, passenger count, preferred vehicle and any special requirements you tell us about.
• Technical data — your IP address and basic browser information, recorded automatically when a form is submitted, used to protect our forms against spam and abuse.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Payments are agreed and settled directly with our team.

3. How we use your information

• To reply to your quote request or enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To arrange, confirm and manage your transport booking.
• To send you a booking confirmation and trip reminders relating to a service you requested.
• To keep simple business records as required by UAE law.
• To protect our website against spam, fraud and misuse.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your details for third-party marketing.

4. WhatsApp & phone communication

If you contact us via WhatsApp or ask us to reply on WhatsApp, your conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We only use your number to discuss your enquiry and booking.

5. Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies — a session cookie that keeps forms secure (CSRF protection). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Embedded services such as Google Maps may set their own cookies when the map loads; these are governed by Google's privacy policy.

6. How long we keep your data

Quote requests and booking records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations in the UAE, after which they are deleted. You may ask us to delete your enquiry data earlier at any time (see section 8).

7. How we protect your data

Your details are stored in a secured database that only authorised staff can access. Our forms use anti-spam protection and secure sessions, and our servers are kept up to date. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

8. Your rights

You may at any time ask us to:

• show you the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate information;
• delete your data where we have no legal duty to keep it;
• stop contacting you.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at llptdubai@gmail.com or call +971-55-9259216.

9. Third-party links

Our website contains links to external services such as Google Maps, Google Reviews, WhatsApp and social media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites — please review their policies separately.

10. Children

Our services are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data to us, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the date of the last update shown at the top.
